gap personnel South Wales have exciting opportunities for a Driver’s Mate to join a busy team in a well-established client based in Cardiff. Our client is a busy courier service and as such, they are looking to add new members of staff to their team.
The role will involve delivering home furniture items to different customers across South Wales.

Duties:
-Loading/Unloading vans with household furniture
-Completing local deliveries to customers
-Manual handling, lifting loads
-Using navigation systems to determine best routes
-Reporting any issues with vehicles with managers
-Customer Service
-Quality checking finished product
-Working in the warehouse when required
-Supporting team across all departments

The ideal candidate must:
-Be flexible with finish times, as this will vary each day
-Provide excellent customer service
-Have good attention to detail
-Work well within a team

Shifts: Amount of shifts will vary each week depending on requirements.
Shifts are available between Monday-Saturday 06:45am – Finish (which will vary each day)

Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business. Abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.
