With a firm commitment to exceptional customer service and working to high performance standards, as a Duty Supervisor you will lead a team of agents ensuring all aspects of our operation are delivered safely, on time and consistently in line with internal and external service level performance standards.

You will be expected to adhere to our safe working practices, protecting the health, safety and security of yourself, colleagues and others at the forefront of everything you do.

Your key duties will be:

• Assisting the Duty Management team in planning and managing the operation and supervising the activities of all agents.
• Ensuring all agents are performing their correct duties and maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Safeguard the health, safety and welfare of staff, customers and other visitors in compliance with the Company's Health and Safety Policy.
• Maintaining a thorough working understanding of all relevant airline operating systems.
• Managing internal systems so that all information is accurate and timely.
• Manage staffing levels and ensure all flight departures and arrivals have an appropriate allocation of staff, maintaining optimum on time performance and customer service.
• To lead by example, strictly following correct airline and company procedures, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and promoting safe work practices.
• Assist all departments when required.
• Providing a professional line of communication for internal and external stakeholders for the station, ensuring all relevant information is retained and passed accurately.

Our business operates 7 days a week, 364 days of the year, so you will need to be prepared to be flexible in relation to times and days of work.

Role requirements

• Good verbal communication skills
• Diligent attention to detail
• A full 5 year work/unemployment/education history
• Proof of Right To Work in the UK
• Full and valid UK Driving Licence or valid passport
• Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance (we will assist in this process)
