We are looking for an ambitious operations Graduate to join the TikTok Shop team based in London. The primary responsibility is to be accountable for seller operation assistance and relevant editing tasks, whilst providing support for other seller acquisition, education and incubation activities.

Responsibilities:

• General administrative support to the operation team such as material editing for EDM, banner, PPT, landing page, seller interview notes, etc
• Assist in seller lead mining, qualifying, segmenting, and other lead management works, based on a data-driven approach
• Work with the team to acquire high-potential sellers and optimise the conversion rate of each channel
• Operate and incubate TikTok Shop sellers via different channels such as seller communities, emails, phone calls, and online/offline events. Helping with the daily operations, related data consolidation, and analysis to boost their growth
• Assist in market research, seller studies and produce insights to feed the team target and business strategies
• Other miscellaneous administrative responsibilities as required

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating in 2023
• Available for full-time employment from September 2023
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated learning ability, pro-active and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure, and pay attention to detail
• A team player with excellent organisational & planning skills
• The ability to measure performance based on data analysis
• Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
• Demonstrated computer skills and familiarity with MS office applications. Data processing using SQL or tableau is a plus
• Familiar with the E-commerce market and social media trends
