GL Assessment are recruiting for two new Education Advisors within our Assessment Insights team.
The Education Advisor works with schools across the world to help ensure they get maximum value from the assessments that they have bought. Communication with schools may be conducted via a number of channels including email, telephone, video call, personalised presentations, webinars and face to face sessions.
At the heart of this role is building effective relationships with customers that develop and maintain trust and credibility with GL as a whole. You will be required to discuss our assessments with customers, help customers plan how best to use our assessments, provide walk-throughs of our testing site, download and analyse customers' assessment data, provide guided analyses of customers' assessment data in one-to-one or small group data consultations, share best practise and suggest next steps for in-school action to ensure teaching and learning benefit. You will need to manage your time effectively and ensure accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills will be required to ensure customers engage well with us and have every opportunity to discuss their queries. Insight from these conversations is also a deliverable back into the business, shaping the future development and deliverables of our products.
Success in the role is shown through customer feedback, increasing customer engagement with their assessment data and high retention of these customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build rapport and relationships with customers.
  • Respond in a timely, professional manner to customer queries.
  • Arrange walk-throughs, data consultations or training sessions with customers.
  • Run reports and analyse/interpret customers' data accurately for them.
  • Accurately and independently access customers' assessment data and compile data presentations for them (with the support of quality assurance checks across the team).
  • Deliver engaging data presentations and training sessions that explain results and encourage customers to embed our assessments, think about their data and consider the next steps that are right for them. This may include making recommendations on how the results could be utilised and suggesting complementary products.
  • Record your interactions with customers via our CRM in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Capture insight and feedback from the customers you are speaking to and feedback across the business as appropriate, for example to Marketing, Sales, and Product.
  • Share your existing teaching experience with colleagues across the business.
  • Take opportunities to support customers who you notice may benefit from it.

We offer salary between £36,000 and £39,000 p/a depending on experience.
