We are a B2B edu-tech startup building a talent development platform which empowers organisations to develop Gen-Z employees (0-4 years experience) with the relevant power and hard skills.


We are fortunate to partner with some of the best people in the space, are backed by world-class investors and have raised a substantial pre-seed round (the largest edu-tech pre-seed round in Europe in 2022) from one of Europe’s top VC’s. Also, we are fully funded until the end of 2024

We are based out of a beautiful office in central London but offer fully flexible working arrangements.

Now we are looking for an Education Lead (f/m/x) to help us build, deliver, and develop an impactful world-class education product.


Role overview:

Our education is our product at Hyphen. This is a critical role as you will be responsible for building the curriculum, managing its delivery, ensuring quality (at scale) and continuously improving it. You'll be also be working with our product team to ensure optimal digital delivery.


We want you to have ambitions to grow into a Head of Education role within your first year and will support you in your journey from day one.


Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Design: In collaboration with experts in the industry, you’ll design best-in-class learning programs that support junior talent.
  • Subject Matter Expert Management: You’ll work to source, manage, and develop our experts who inform our curriculum and content.
  • Data Analytics: You’ll make curriculum and learning experience decisions, including iterations, based on leveraging our education and student data, with the goal of improving the impact our learning journeys have on individuals.
  • Product Management: You’ll work closely with the product team to integrate our curriculum content onto our learning platform.
  • Delivery: You’ll prepare and lead live online sessions that introduce, enforce, and support the skills we teach students during the program. You’ll work with our commercial team to understand and design for the needs of clients.


Who are you:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in an education role, preferably in ed-tech

  • Previous experience with curriculum design, managing/developing educators

  • A super strong communicator; we’re looking for someone who can articulate our value proposition

  • An education and learning design evangelist is welcome!

  • Passion for education and empowering people is a must!

  • (Ideally) based in London (we sponsor Visas).
