Please be advised that this is a fixed term contract, based at our Head Office in Andover, Hampshire. Whilst hybrid working is available, the successful candidate will be expected to be in the office as and when required. This role also involves occasional international travel.

Main Purpose

You will liaise with the EMEA IT team along with the Subsidiaries in the EMEA Region, as well as Group IT to identify, coordinate and implement business enhancement projects in the EMEA region. Also, to be fully involved in the roll-out of the LC Global Template solution.

Main Duties

  • Participate in the full project cycle implementation within EMEA, including quality assurance and testing of solutions (standard, customised, 3rd party integrations)
  • Work directly with business partners at different levels and translate business requirements into effective solutions based on current LC ERP, BI, and Retail systems
  • Lead gap / fit analysis between LC ERP/Retail/BI systems and business requirements, identifying gaps per type and criticality while proposing alternative solutions (work around, customisation, 3rd party)
  • Ensure that the implementations deliver the following (not limited):
  • Business performance and process diagnostics and assessments
  • Supervising application design and architecture components
  • Supervising process and functional design activities
  • Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
  • Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
  • Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
  • Driving test planning and execution
  • Project and program management that exhibits leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, strategy, and organisational change
  • Provide 2nd level support to key users, identifying problems, issues or changes and follow escalation process based on the established incident management process

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience

  • 5+ years ERP implementation experience, mainly NAV/AX or other ERP products (i.e. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
  • Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems

Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree: Business or Technology related BA/BS or relevant experience
  • Software development and/or PM methodology (PMI, ITIL, Prince2)

Skills and Knowledge

  • Understanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation
  • Proven experience and knowledge of ERP systems
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication
  • Ability to lead people, teams and projects
