What we are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team to work alongside both Rose and Co Homes and our sister company 'Saute and Soak'.

We are not looking for somebody with years of experience, but a self-motivated, ambitious individual with a creative eye and a passion for all things web design, marketing and design.

Full training on the products will be provided by the company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Management of Social Media for both businesses across all platforms.
• Create monthly Blog post for 'Saute and Soak'.
• Maintain both websites and ensure the content is constantly up to date.
• Reviewing the customer Journey from their first click on the website to being handed over their new home or kitchen.
• Monthly market analysis to identify key trends and gaps in the market.
• Manage Ecommerce.
• Email marketing for customer database.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree or similar qualification in Marketing.
• Self Motivated, with a great work ethic.
• An excellent communicator, who is able to work well in a team.
• able to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
• A full UK driving license is preferable.
• Able to work under pressure and work well with deadlines.
• Creative and design minded.
• Must be eager to learn.

About us:

Rose and Co Homes is a family run development company we were founded in 2014, we specialise in bespoke one off development sites of up to 20 properties. We pride ourselves on our quality and our ability to allow the customer to design their own homes without the stress of completing a self build. In 2020 we purchased our head office in Worksop and it is there that 'Saute and Soak' was born. Saute and Soak is a Kesseler Kitchen design centre that offers luxury Kitchens and Bathrooms.

Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
