Cap & Co Bristol, is on the lookout for an Events Assistant to join our new team in Bristol. The role is suitable for progression minded professional looking to further their career and fresh talents making their first step in the industry.

As an Events Assistant, you will be handling high level of customer queries with existing and potential customers for Sales and Marketing purposes on behalf of our UK Clients. Working directly with our Sales and Marketing Managers, you will be using a variety of customer-oriented solutions to offer the best available packages/services to the customer. No previous experience is required, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills to undergo strict product training to comply with regulations and other guidelines. Proven experience in a pro-active, people oriented or target driven environment is highly recommended.

The goal of our Events and Promotions team is not only to promote the services available, but to provide the best marketing image with excellent customer service and professional etiquette. You will be reporting to our Sales and Promotions Manager to keep track of your development as well as obtaining regular feedback on your work.

With our recent growth through early 2022 and proven resilience in post-lockdown economy, we have 5 more clients looking to join forces with us. This opens the opportunity for a career oriented professional to start from entry level and progress towards client relations and management roles.
