We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join the CopyHouse team!
You’ll be an organisational pro with an adaptable can-do attitude, working closely with our Managing Director, Kathryn, to provide brilliant administrative support and assistance with various company projects and events.
Joining our fully-remote agency environment, we’re looking for a positive, proactive and passionate individual who is excited by each day being different and having the chance to get involved in different areas of the business.
This is a super exciting opportunity to act as the right-hand to our MD and in turn, become a part of continuing to develop the amazing culture we’ve established here at CopyHouse.
Our role overview
The main responsibilities for this role include:
Diary management; booking meetings and calls
Arranging the MD’s public appearances including making dinner/lunch reservations and providing instructions on when & where they need to be
Identifying events of interest to the MD and making the necessary arrangements
Making and booking travel arrangements for the MD and team
General organisation of the MD’s to-do list and schedule & email inbox management
Supporting with company event management and adhoc projects
Document management, eg. updating the CRM system, sending contracts, etc.
Proactively contribute to and assist with company-wide communication
Providing additional support to the Senior Leadership Team on an adhoc basis
Other duties and/or projects as may be reasonably requested by the MD
Your professional skills
What we need:
Strong, proven experience in an administration, office management or assistant role
Experience with managing diaries, emails and work schedules
Awesome time management skills, with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritise your workload
A tech-savvy individual – you’re confident using a range of programmes including Google Suite
What could set you apart:
Over a years’ experience specifically working as a Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
Knowledge of London’s restaurant scene
A relevant qualification in a business or administrative subject
Previous agency experience
Previous event or project management experience
The finer details
As a company, CopyHouse is currently working on a trial 4-day work week basis. This role will still be classed as a full-time position, but as part of the 4-day work week trial, the working hours would be between 32-35 per week (to be discussed in more detail as part of the application process).
We’re a fully-remote and flexible working team.
Salary starting from £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Full-time salary still paid in full with the 4-day work week trial.
