Due to currently being busier than ever and expanding we are in need of the support of an experienced Administrator to provide support to the Directors.
This position is for an initial part time roll for an Immediate start.
This role is for afternoon & evening work 1pm-7pm 4 days per week.
Key responsibilities:
* Monitoring a high volume of emails & whats app messages.
* Diary Management
* Working closely with the Director and assisting with general admin duties
* Giving directions to the stores during opening hours
* Compiling monthly and weekly reports for the Managing Director
* Travel management and booking – rail, hotels, flights, travel itineraries - UK and international
* Monitoring and organising the company Gdrives.
* Personal PA services – booking holidays, planning events and organising appropriate gifts
* Maintaining records of driving licences, business insurance, fuel cards etc
Essential skills and requirements:
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Organised and methodical
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft packages
* Confidential and discreet in all dealings
* Able to juggle a number of tasks/priorities
* Ability to be proactive and take the initiatives
* Be immediately available
This role would ideally suit someone who has previous experience in the same field, is confident, can demonstrate initiative and is resourceful and resilient. The preferred candidate is someone who can be flexible with their approach to work and hours to meet the needs of the business.

The role primarily involves producing computer generated images of our customers' designs onto the relevant helmet templates for their approval before painting
Our employees and external customers to drive efficiency and deliver on our mantra of being easy to do business. Provide timely reporting of all.
Provide product information to customers. Greet customers and assist them with their needs. You'll need to have a solid knowledge of various medications,
Help maximize sales for the store. Retail sales: 1 year (preferred). Have a range of retail and customer service skills. Part-time hours: 16 per week.
Utilising personal knowledge gained from training, databases to ensure accuracy of information and efficiency when dealing with customers.
