This is a great opportunity to use your experience of providing the full range of senior leadership executive support to help save our planet, by supporting two Executive Directors - in Operations, and People and Culture, their teams, and trustees, at WWF-UK. Join us as Executive Assistant and you will help them create a high performing organisation that is agile, dynamic, innovative, inclusive and focused on saving our world.
As Executive Assistant you will work collaboratively with other Executive Assistants within the organisation and play a proactive role in ensuring the Directors’ offices run smoothly, and their effectiveness is maximised by providing high quality logistical and administrative support. This will involve diary and in-box management, coordinating travel arrangements, organising meetings, and preparing documentation, including papers, presentations, and briefings. You will also maintain internal relationships, oversee stakeholder communications, and represent the Directors at meetings as needed. You will support in the preparation of contracts, managing of budgets and will help with financial processing too. Important will be the ability to anticipate needs and take prompt action to enable the Directors to operate as efficiently as possible in support of our mission to bring our world back to life.
For this role, you must have significant skills in an Executive Assistant or similar position. This will have given you strong secretarial and administration capabilities. You will be good at operating in a fast-paced environment and prioritising changing needs. Able to work independently but also as part of a team, you will be approachable, possess excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills too. You will also have an eye for detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Highly organised and used to working with confidential information, you will be a proficient user of MS Office and comfortable overseeing internal systems and processes.
