Grade 6: £30,502 – £36,386 per annum

Saïd Business School is recruiting for an EA Programme Directors of the MBA and the EMBA programme. Working within the degree programmes and across teams, you will ensure the work of the Programme Directors is well-coordinated and completed in a professional manner helping to achieve the programmes’ objectives and reflective of the School’s world-class ambitions.
The Executive Assistant will provide direct administrative support to the MBA and EMBA Directors through efficiently managing diaries, making appointments, and setting up meetings, preparing documents for each day’s work, providing information necessary for decision making and resolving issues, responding to telephone and email enquiries, drafting messages and letters, and providing proactive and personable frontline communications.
This position requires a keen awareness of administrative best practice and excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective communication at all levels within the University (senior officers, faculty, students, staff, alumni) and with external agencies. It is important that the Executive Assistant can work within a cross-functional team recruiting and delivering the MBA & EMBA programmes and can function in an environment where things move quickly.
The Executive Assistant must, at all times show a pleasant disposition, patience, tact, good judgment and discretion in carrying out his/her responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have substantial demonstrable experience of executive assistant work for senior executives in a busy and pressurised international office.
