Job Description :

This is a grade 6 post but under-fill at Grade 5 will be considered with amended duties and a 12-month development plan and mentoring put in place for the successful candidate.
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support to the Head of Department, Professor Keith Channon, and the Head of Administration and Finance, Dr Jane Sherwood. This is a wide-ranging senior role, offering varied and stimulating work and providing the opportunity to hone your existing skills and develop new ones.
In joining our internationally-leading academic department, you will liaise with a wide range of academic and professional staff, including in RDM, the wider University, the NHS and national and international organisations. Available immediately, this full-time post is based at the John Radcliffe Hospital, and the working pattern will allow for a blend of on-site working and working from home, as agreed. Informal enquiries are welcome to either Keith Channon (keith.channon@cardiov.ox.ac.uk) or Jane Sherwood (jane.sherwood@rdm.ox.ac.uk).
