Executive Personal Assistant

Location: Northwest / Home working (Hybrid)

Permanent / Full time

This is an exciting opportunity for a well organised, highly experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join our highly valued team here at FMGRS

You will support key members of the senior team and deliver excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with minimum supervision. Your duties will be wide ranging, mixing the routine with the unexpected.

About you

Ideally you will have extensive background knowledge of working as an Executive Personal Assistant.

You will work closely with key colleagues to deliver the support needs of the Operations Director.

You will have diary organisational skills and able to proactively manage and organise emails.

You will assist in managing internal and external meetings and prepare any travel arrangements needed.

Run an efficient and effective office for the Operations Director whilst adhering to all company processes and standard operating procedures.

To be aware of and adhere to all the Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment.

Attend appropriate training events to keep up to date with new or developing techniques.
