Your New Role...

Provide support and administrative assistance to the MD and Head of Wall to Wall and Twenty Twenty, Creative Director, UK – Wall to Wall, Creative Director, International – Wall to Wall and Director of Development - Wall to Wall.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Extensive diary management across different time zones
  • Ensure that necessary papers and preparation are prepared for meetings
  • Organise rooms for meetings, providing refreshments when necessary
  • Organise UK and international travel including booking of taxis, hotels, trains and flights
  • Co-ordinate international pitching meetings including dealing with overseas networks and broadcasters, scheduling meetings and screenings
  • Organise attendance at UK and international festivals and conferences, arranging all travel and accommodation and co-ordinating all supporting materials
  • Organise staff events including monthly drinks and Christmas party
  • Process expense claims regularly and in a timely fashion
  • Liaise with internal departments gathering information e.g. programme ratings
  • Liaise with PR company and senior executives at Warner Bros. Discovery
  • Manage and coordinate award entries with broadcasters, staff and freelancers, making sure they are accurate and submitted within deadline
  • Contribute to Wall to Wall’s social media posts e.g. TX cards, social events etc.
  • Work closely with the Development Production Manager and Production Team Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the office and implement systems and processes where necessary

Qualification & Experience

  • Substantial experience in a similar role and knowledge of the television industry is essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Highly pragmatic and reliable
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently to find solutions and answer queries
  • Ability to be discreet and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Flexible approach and outlook, comfortable with managing workloads and deadlines
  • PC literate including software skills of Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently to include liaising with senior figures and commissioning editors
