We have an exciting opportunity for a Factory Data Analyst to join the team at the Princes Juice Centre of Excellence in Cardiff.

Process needs to be your passion as you build the standards that will be reflected across the site. This role is the driving force behind the factory from the collation and dissemination of all manufacturing information through SAP and QCDSP to being the leading advocate for waste reduction through the maintenance and analysis of all available data. You need to be able to research information and act logically on your findings. With a keen eye for detail and the tenacity and confidence to drive things through to completion, you will support the Cardiff site vision, to be the home of operational excellence and the customer’s first choice drinks manufacturer.

Principal Responsibilities

People

• Be supportive, act with integrity, show enthusiasm and embrace openness
• Understand the Princes Operating System (POS) and maturity matrix, and site must win battle plans
• Conduct ongoing reviews of Standard Operating Procedures, re-writing such procedures as required in line with the Integrated Management System.
• Ensure compliance with other HR and food safety policies and procedures.
• Effectively develop professional working relationships with other departments.

Plant

• Ensure all Material Usage variance data in SAP is accurate via daily/weekly system housekeeping
• Ensure all Stock control data in SAP is accurate via daily/weekly system housekeeping.
• Use Continuous Improvement methods for process optimisation and control.
• Housekeeping of SAP Master Data.
• Administration of Princes MES – Account generation and housekeeping
• Provide a support function for:-
• Waste analysis
• Material usage queries
• Problem solving activities
• Generation of OPL, SSOP
• Ensure all business reports are accurate and completed on time.
• Support Downtime data Capture Roll up to identify key improvement area’s.

Materials

• Accurately manage System material consumption from the lines, highlighting areas for concern and driving countermeasures to ensure waste is tightly controlled.
• SAP analysis, compliance and report generation.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential

• Advanced level pc skills (Microsoft Office)
• Advanced Excel
• Good working knowledge of SAP reporting, planning activity at local level, material control
• Problem solving
• Experience of SSOP, OPL creation

Desirable

• Experience of using manufacturing execution systems (MES)
• Continuous Improvement experience
