Position: Graduate Banking and Finance Consultant

Our graduate programme is an exciting opportunity to join Delta Capita as an analyst where you will be placed on different projects spanning from 6 months to a year, gaining invaluable skills and experience within the financial services industry. You will be also learning whilst you work with additional support from our Academy and Learning and Development Teams. Most analysts are placed on a project right away, and you will regularly be visiting the Delta Capita Headquarters to meet your teams, network, socialise, and for your training sessions. Between projects, you will be ‘on the bench’, and will be stationed at Head Office where you will have opportunities to learn from and support the Head Office functions.

The graduate programme begins with our recruitment progress, including a 3 or 4 day assessment center. On our assessment center you will be given a crash course on finance, Delta Capita and our main business lines, alongside interactive exercises. On the final day there is an excel test and a multiple choice quiz. The assessment center is a great way for you to gain some inside knowledge on Delta Capita and see if we are the right place for you, and if you will be the right fit for the team at Delta Capita!

Successful candidates will then be placed on our training programme, which can vary in time based on performance but usually runs for an average of 2 years. Throughout your time on the business consulting graduate scheme, alongside working as an analyst, you will be completing a series of internal and external courses through the Delta Capita Academy. Our Academy provides leading-edge blended training using world class eLearning modules alongside highly interactive classroom-based sessions. During this time, you will also have free access to the external London Bank Academy Foundation course. By the end of the programme, you will be able to start choosing which areas you would like to specialise in, and begin crafting your own career path.
