Outline is a leading photography and property marketing company operating in London. We take beautiful photos and create exceptional marketing materials for various clients including estate agents, architects, hotels, interior designers and more. We are looking for an approachable and delightful person to join our rapidly growing and friendly team.

Outline is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Photographer & Floor Planner to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning photographs and floor plans that showcase properties to potential buyers. The right candidate will also be responsible for creating 360 virtual tours, with the option of being trained in creating marketing videos for our real estate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photographing properties in a professional and artistic manner
• Creating detailed floor plans to accurately represent the layout of properties
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure that all photographs and floor plans meet the high standards of Outline
• Ensure all photographs and floor plans are delivered on time and to the highest standards
• Make sure our clients are represented in the best way with exceptional customer service and attention to detail
• Option to work on weekends & evenings for overtime pay
• The ability to independantly travel to each job location

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in property photography and floor planning
• Strong portfolio of previous work
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and travel to various locations around London

This job requires talking to both clients and vendors on a daily basis. It will also require you to think on your feet and use initiative as you will be alone in each of these properties. This is a freelance opportunity where jobs will be sent to you and you'd have the option of taking them on.
