As a member of the Global Operations Punctuality Team, you'll provides in-depth analysis of the performance of the Global operation and proactively reports where performance requires focus.
The incumbent utilises new technology to track performance, actions and improvements to ensure delivery of the punctuality improvement strategy. Robust relationship building skills are a must, along with excellent stakeholder management capabilities as this role works closely with and needs to influence senior leaders from across the business.
