Job Description :

We are actively recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to join our admin team. The ideal candidate will be a professional individual with a keen willingness to learn and is looking to start a career within a growing organisation.

Westminster Forum Projects is a market leader in organising senior-level seminars on many areas of public policy.

Tasks to include:

  • Sending job offers and liaising with new starters
  • Ensuring we have all required documents, references etc
  • Organising Personal Development Meetings for current employees
  • Arranging regular monthly meetings for other departments
  • Keeping track of company equipment
  • Logging Staff Hours
  • Approving holiday requests and arranging appropriate cover

This is a busy role and so the ability to manage your own workload whilst maintaining accuracy during busy periods is essential. It would best suit a recent graduate with strong organisational skills.

The role is full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and based at home with weekly face to face meetings one day a week in Bracknell, Berkshire.
