Position Title: Graduate Data Analyst

Duration: Permanent – Full Time

Responsibilities

• Preparation of and Calculation of Proposal Costings and Business Cases for Internal Review
• Receiving and Logging Purchase Orders from the Sales Team and Logging into our In-House System
• Progressing Customer Purchase Order stages
• Creating and Progressing Job Codes and Job Budgets
• Reporting Commercial Status of Jobs as required
• Raising Job Trackers and Communicating expected renewal and end dates
• Reviewing Hour Allocation to Jobs
• Review Contract End and Tracker End dates and Report / Escalate Variances
• Update and Issue Client Job Trackers
• Assistance in Budget Preparation
• General Commercial Administration
• Compliance with Company Management Systems supporting improvement, identifying and reporting issues

Experience & Qualifications (Desirable not necessarily required)

• Educated to degree level
• First-rate communication and written skills
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer and data analysis tools
• Complex problem solving skills
• Ideally 2/3 years’ experience in a financial function
