What you will be doing...

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, the Graduate Performance Marketing Executive will join a team which plan, manage, and optimise budgets across a range of Digital platforms. You will be a key member of the marketing and wider business team, working closely with key partners and enjoying the numerous benefits of these close relationships.

What will you do in the role?
  • You will manage and optimise campaigns on a daily basis, keeping track of budget pacing and making recommendations on account performance
  • You will plan, develop and implement large-scale digital activity, whilst working closely with other teams including Brand, Partnerships, Outreach, Social and Studio to make sure creative is brand safe, consistent and engaging
  • You will help the wider marketing team with any new developments or campaigns that come in to play, such as platform developments and supplier recommendations
  • You will be able to identify opportunities that can support new areas of focus for the business, liaising with internal teams within Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, especially the advertising teams
  • You’ll have the opportunity to bring and implement new ideas to our activity, so a progressive mindset is essential
  • You will be able to take advantage of the latest betas and product releases that Jet2.com and Jet2holidays gets access to thanks to its large-scale activity, with a high level of support and interaction from partners
  • You’ll need to stay fully up to date with all platforms and their key features; planning, forecasting (modelling), creative thinking and reporting to identify key trends and influencing factors
What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?
  • No prior experience is required for this opportunity, but you’ll need:
  • Strong interest in Digital Marketing
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong focus on team-work with excellent communication skills
  • An eagerness to learn
  • Any experience with either PPC or Paid Social & Display would be useful but is not essential
