About the program

Do you want to help us build a healthier world? Do you want to start your career in an inclusive, people-first organization that can provide a personalized approach to your professional development? Fishawack Health is launching a new global graduate program, and we are looking for collaborative, scientific, creative, and strategic individuals to join our team. The program will offer full-time positions with the potential for a permanent role at the point of completion. The duration of the program will be 18 months with start dates commencing in September 2023.

Our clients are global biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and wellness companies, and we partner with them across the product and service lifecycle from research and development to post-launch. We combine our knowledge and expertise across our core disciplines – Medical; Marketing; Policy; Value, Evidence and Access; and Consulting.

Our graduate program offers you the opportunity to kickstart your career; you will be given the chance to rotate across three of our core business units: Medical, Marketing, and Consulting. Based on your degree, skills, and our business needs, you will then be able to select the departments that are best matched to your skills and professional aspirations across these roles: Medical Writing, Healthcare Copywriting, Client Services, Brand Strategy, and Project Management (find out more about these roles on our early careers page here). Our rotational program is designed to give you maximum exposure to the various stakeholders, projects, and the industry-leading clients we work with across the organization.

For the duration of the program, you will be given the knowledge, support, and training required to supercharge your career in your chosen area of specialism. Alongside having full access to our Career Experience Team, suite of internal career experience platforms, and D&I employee network groups, you will be mentored by an expert in your chosen field.

About you

You will be qualified in one of the following degrees:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the life sciences (e.g., Biomedical Science, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Forensic Science, Biotechnology, Physiology).
