We’re offering an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital design and content. A creative opportunity within a thriving healthcare related business in the videos, email newsletters and some print content. Thing role will be primarily creation of digital content, with some aspects of assisting our main marketing manager with team management and task streamlining.
The salary is starting at £25,000 but can be higher for a candidate with the right knowledge and experience.
Main responsibilities of this role are :
- Designing all promotional content for the websites
- Creating high-quality marketing material (both physical and digital) for our websites and social channels
- Designing and managing email campaigns
- Supporting the broader businesses with graphics and digital content requirements
- Design printed material and organise print runs
- Work alongside the team to create marketing strategies that are communicated with the associated business managers to ensure consistency and long-term organisation
- Establish and maintain relationships with manufacturers, printers and local magazines to get the best deals for the business. Whilst constantly looking out for better providers.
- Create quality reports on the effectiveness of printed materials to ensure maximum efficiency of budget.
- Drafting up new ideas and evolving the company image alongside the business managers to keep branding looking fresh and up-to-date.
- Keeping up with national news and social trends to help the business develop effective marketing material.
- Keep up to date with new graphic producing methods and software whilst ensuring all graphics created abide to copyright standards.
- To learn about the businesses and their specific demographics and graphic design requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience within a digital content/marketing role (ideally at least 3 years)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with designing digital content for websites
- Experience in email campaigns and social media campaign creation and scheduling (e.g Hootsuite, SproutSocial, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
- Have a strong portfolio of graphic design examples, across both digital and print
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to work over multiple projects
- The ability to manage own workload and time
- The ability to motivate and keep an eye on the broader digital marketing team in order to ensure task targets are being met
- Photography and video knowledge
- Wordpress knowledge preferred
- Good written English for content writing and drafting
