Connectco Digital are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our team. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. Your role will be essential in the development of the overall layout and production design for advertising, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software to create graphic artwork, such as logos, layouts, and illustrations
• Design digital and print materials, including flyers, banners, business cards, infographics, social media posts, email templates, and web graphics
• Create visually appealing and compelling designs that meet the objectives of the project and communicate the message effectively
• Work with the marketing and communications team to understand their design requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure that all designs are visually consistent with our brand guidelines and design standards
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts that are aligned with our brand identity and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies, and integrate them into our design strategy

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual communication
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
