As Graphic Designer you will work closely with the Marketing and Design Teams, with the primary function of this role being to interpret the brands creative vision, bringing communications to life by designing high quality and engaging content across all digital platforms.

The Graphic Designer will be involved in a wide range of projects, working with timelines ranging from immediate through to long term and from concept through to delivery, to ensure that WED2B remains the market leader in bridal retail.

What You Will Do

• Working with the CRM Manager to evolve email campaigns, automated email updates, weekly trend emails, build brand awareness and increase customer interaction.
• Present multiple creative ideas to the Creative Content & Brand Design Manager for approval, developing visuals and themes through several stages of development, as and when required.
• Create engaging competition posts (and winner posts) for social media, evolving themes each week to encourage entrants and collate data.
• Work with the EU Marketing Team to create emails, social content, advertising prints, recruitment banners and evolving designs to suit each territories market.
• Support the Marketing Manager with weekly blog productions, including banner creations and image re-sizing.

Requirements for the Role

• A creative degree or equivalent qualification preferable.
• 2+ years’ experience in a creative agency, in-house design studio or similar.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external business teams at different levels.
• Keen eye for attention to detail.
• Outside the box thinker, someone who brings new ideas to the table.
