Job Description :

LuxDeco is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and ambitious Graphic Designer to join its team. With support from LuxDeco’s Chief Creative Officer and related departments, you will have ownership of maintaining, developing and evolving the brand’s visual identity based on company requirements and goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Editorial

  • Strategise and design cohesive, creative and on-brand whole-campaign marketing assets ensuring marketing requirements are turned into clear journeys for our customers from a design point of view.
  • Assist email marketing from a creative design perspective and provide all necessary assets to increase engagement rates.
  • Recommend and execute exciting online advertising (OLA) designs with a focus on maximising click-through rates.
  • Assist the social media team in the creation of visual content (both stills, multi-frame storyboards and video) to support schedules for all social channels.
  • Design compelling and interactive press releases for external use.
  • Design and appropriately format all printed materials including quarterly printed magazine, print ads, direct mail and other marketing collateral.

E-Commerce

  • Identify and action opportunities to improve signposting across site content that improve the customer experience and help drive revenue.
  • Partner with e-commerce on design testing exercises to understand what increases engagement and conversion.
  • Create, design and code templates to build a library of consistently branded assets for the business to deploy in campaigns and test and improve in A/B tests.

Guidelines

  • Refresh and maintain brand visual guidelines for internal and external distribution in collaboration with the CCO, and make ongoing recommendations for brand visual identity direction
  • Create interesting and visual-based presentations and/or presentation templates for use throughout the business.
  • Optimise, unify or redesign existing assets.
  • Organise existing visual assets and create easy-to-use filing systems for company use.

Other

  • Support on ad hoc graphic design requirements throughout the business as required.

Skills & Experience

  • You have a creative background with a solid understanding of sound graphic and motion design principles and techniques.
  • You are proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and e-commerce platforms, and are capable of employing other programmes, tools and apps which elevate your designs.
  • You have the ability to work on a variety of products, including print and online advertising, email design, social media assets, marketing collateral, print magazine publications, branded merchandise and internal presentations.
  • You are able to translate briefs from multiple departments into successful creative assets, tailoring your designs based on varied requirements.
  • You have experience in project management and are able to effectively prioritise work based on business needs.


Nice to Have:

  • Background in the interior design or luxury industries.
  • Good understanding of A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Experience using Ometria or other CRM programs.
