We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist/Junior UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to take ownership of projects. As a Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist/Junior UX Designer, you will be responsible for maintaining our WordPress website, creating social media graphics and videos, and designing banners for various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the WordPress website, ensuring it is up-to-date with current content and design trends.
• Design engaging social media graphics and videos to drive engagement and enhance the company's social media presence.
• Create visually appealing banners for use on various digital platforms, including email campaigns, display advertising, and more.
• Create infographic videos and tutorials for the knowledge base.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to create compelling designs that align with the company's brand standards and messaging.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B industry.
• Knowledge of design principles and an eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take ownership of projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools (knowledge of HTML, CSS, JQuery and other web development languages would be beneficial)
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe After Effects
• Proficiency in Wordpress (specifically theme builders e.g. Salient)
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies and able to bring new ideas to the team
