The Black Grape is Edinburgh's newest small plates, wine & cocktail bar. We are recruiting for a head bartender to lead the development of our drinks programme & to head up our bar operations.
We are looking for somebody with the experience and personality to lead up our bar - you'll be responsible for making sure that the atmosphere and service are as good as the drinks and helping us to grow this exciting new business. You'll have experience of working in a premium environment and will have a genuine interest in cocktails, spirits & wine.
Developing seasonal specials and working closely with brand partners to host monthly events will be a key part of the role. Additionally you'll be given the opportunity to help us further develop our back bar offering and be involved in monthly training & tasting sessions.
