This is a key Talent Sourcing (TS) Leadership role with responsibility for the Bank’s most senior and sensitive hiring. You will have responsibility and oversight of the Bank’s executive recruitment strategy, framework, associated policies, procedures, governance, and suppliers. You will establish a direct sourcing function for Executive Recruitment by cultivating and maintaining relationships with global business and HR stakeholders whilst acting as Centre of Excellence for TS for Exec Hiring.

Your key responsibilities
Subject matter expert for all aspects of Executive Recruitment, including management of Banks Executive Search firm relationships and assessments
Building out a direct sourcing capability initially for Infrastructure and Technology Managing Director (MD) hiring, to drive reduction in search firm spend, increase internal mobility, and drive the pipelining and hiring of diverse talent at the most senior level
Management of the Bank’s senior appointments, reporting and leadership assessments for MD hiring
Act as strategic partner with HR, Procurement, and business stakeholders globally to align workforce plans and succession planning to deliver key senior hires
Responsible for the Bank’s executive recruitment strategy, framework, governance, and associated policies. Engage other divisional Relationship Managers to communicate and deliver global Exec Recruitment strategy accordingly
Management/ coaching of a small but high performing global team and management of searches from brief, sourcing, assessment, to offer negations
Your skills and experience
Proven recruitment leadership experience within the financial services sector either in-house at a financial institution, a recruitment process outsourcing company and/or recruitment consultancy/ search firm
Demonstrable understanding of building an in-house search team
Experience of managing senior client relationships, and working in a global, complex, and matrixed environment, where influencing skills are key
Understanding of complex compensation structures, search firm rates, caps, and terms
