We support all staff wanting to progress and develop their career by offering an extensive training programme. When required overtime rates are available to staff- Currently paid at £5 an hour on top of the normal enhancements.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be supporting people with nursing needs and dementia residents to lead lives that are Active, Creative and Meaningful by supporting their day to day living, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility and meal times.

Your role might include:

• supporting residents with social and physical activities improving their wellbeing
• booking and going with residents to appointments
• helping with personal care such as support with showering and dressing
• supporting residents with eating and drinking

ABOUT YOU
To join us with our Care assistant team you will need a caring nature, personable approach and good practical skills, . Just as importantly, you should be reliable and keen to use your attention to detail to make a positive difference. In return we'll provide all the training you need to thrive.

Hourly pay start from: £10.90

Monday - Thursday £10.90 Per hour

Additional pay enhancements for NVQ 2 AND 3

Weekend days £1.05 extra per hour

Night duty Sunday- Thursday £1.05 per hour extra

Night duty Friday& Saturday £1,57

Overtime is currently another £5 per hour on top of the above rates.
