TICS GLOBAL GROUP are looking for Bookings agents.

Salary: Competitive basic plus unlimited overtime.

This is an important role as part of a motivated, positive and busy team who have a great reputation across the U.K.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident bookings person to help our present bookings team. Full training will be given.

Working from home, this role involves taking incoming calls and emails from customers and booking jobs on our system, taking card payments and also dealing with bookings queries. You would be predominately dealing with domestic customers who require electrical safety reports.

Requirements

This role would suit somebody who's able to think on their feet and work well under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: £10.00 per hour
