Milk & More has a unique business model, which meets the needs of consumers by delivering through the night in time for breakfast. It delivers British milk (in its iconic 1 pint glass reusable bottles) and artisan groceries to the doorsteps of nearly 350,000 households. We make 1 million deliveries each week via one of the UK’s largest fleet of electric vehicles. Milk & More’s range is ideal for people who are looking commit to a pointless-plastic-free future, with 97% of all product packaging fitting into the circular economy, meaning it's fully reusable, recyclable or compostable.

We are looking for people who can play their part in this by joining our team to become a Relief Home Delivery Driver and be part of this sustainable business, delivering quality goods and products, all while helping the environment. This is a permanent role to support our drivers on a daily basis.
Furthermore, Milk & More is making sure the great British tradition of milk delivery is here for generations to come.

What you should expect:
  • Approximately 48 hours which will be covered over a period of 6 nights. Sunday - Friday nights.
  • All products pre-picked ready to load & commence deliveries
  • A physically demanding role where you will certainly get your steps in
  • With our new advanced technology & vehicles, you will be provided with all the tools required, all you need to do is follow the instructions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • You will cover different routes each night, supported by our technology
  • Full training is provided – there is always a team of managers & colleagues ready to support you when required
  • You will be provided with uniform and personal protective equipment; the safety of our drivers is paramount

Challenges:
  • Most of your time at work will be spent alone but you are very much part of the Milk & More team
  • Delivering to our customers before 7am, six nights a week, as determined by the route for that night
  • The Great British weather – working outside, at night in all conditions

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
  • Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
  • Can do attitude with a desire to consistently exceed our customers’ expectations
  • You must enjoy working alone & at night & be physically fit to meet the demands of the role
