The hotel has undergone a full refurbishment and rebrand to meet the exacting requirements set by Hilton for their first, flagship Tapestry within the UK.

The Samuel Ryder, St Albans is a 60 key, luxury 4-star hotel located within the heart of
St Albans City Centre. Comprising luxury boutique style guestrooms, a fantastic new cocktail bar and a highly curated, select F&B offering, the Samuel Ryder aims to deliver a luxury lifestyle experience designed for the sophisticated traveller.

At the Samuel Ryder, St Albans we want our staff to have a passion for customer service. As night porter, you will support the efficient and effective running of reception at night by completing the night audit process, serving guests beverages on our bar, deal with guest enquiries and feedback as well as carry out some cleaning tasks.

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following core attributes:

• Handle guest comments proactively and effectively
• Ability to work on your own

What are we looking for?
In addition to demonstrating the right attitude, behaviours, skills, and core values we also require that applicants:

• Must be 18 years or over to be able to serve alcohol
• Will successfully complete the full in-house training provided to the successful candidate
• Can work 5 days over 7 from 10.45pm to 7am
