We have an exciting opportunity to join our amazing HR Services team.
Working as part of the HR Services Team you will provide general administration support across the HR function. You will be responsible for processing the employee life cycle on HR systems, including onboarding new starters, probation reviews, processing employee changes and actioning family friendly requests. You will monitor and action the shared mailbox and ensure accurate data is recorded and entered onto HR systems.
We are looking for someone who is good at prioritising tasks and working as part of a team to ensure that tasks are completed on time. You also need to be highly organised as the job requires high attention to detail and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel). You should also have experience using HR & applicant tracking systems, knowledge of iTrent would be beneficial.
This is a permanent opportunity offering hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office.
