It's exciting times within the Human Resources Team at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital (RMCH) and our HR Advisor is a key member of the HR Business Partner Team. The HR Advisor will work closely with other team members to provide accurate and timely HR advice and support to managers within their delegated area of responsibility and support projects linked to the RMCH People plan.
You will support the Director of HR & OD and HR Business Partners with the provision of a high quality, professional, proactive and efficient HR service to Divisions and Directorates, through consistent application of the Trust’s policies and procedures, employment legislation and flexible approaches to employment, appropriate to the needs of RMCH.
You will support the Director of HR & OD and HR Business Partners in ensuring the comprehensive management of employment relations matters, for both medical and non-medical staff providing a professional service that meets all legislative and policy requirements.
