Profile
We are looking for someone:

  • You’ll have generalist HR experience including advising and coaching managers on a wide variety of employees relations issues, ideally you’ll also be used to writing policies and other documentation in line with employment law and best practice
  • You’ll have a passion for talent management working with managers to ensure performance management cycles are effective and driving career development activities
  • You’ll have some experience of delivering training courses
  • We’re looking for someone who has some great ideas for employee engagement, you’ll be able to drive and implement these initiatives to help us attract and retain high level digital and technology professionals.
  • You’ll also work collaboratively with other members of the HR team to ensure the continuous delivery of an excellent HR service to business.

The ideal candidate:
We are interested in hearing from you, if you have most of the following attributes:

  • In this role, you’ll help create an environment where HR is collaborative rather than a remote authority, working with the business teams to help them be the best they can.
  • You’ll be self-motivated, with the ability to build strong relationships with the business in order to become a trusted advisor in your areas of expertise.
  • Comprehensive employment law and HR best practice knowledge
  • Commercially focused, happy to challenge the norm and seek continuous improvement
  • You’ll know how to prioritise, taking ownership of and managing your own workload.
  • Data driven - comfortable translating and communicating concepts through the use of data
  • Ideally you’ll have a level 5 CIPD qualification, however this is not essential.

Salary range from £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
