We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant / Coordinator / Administrator to join our HR Team.

Zion Care Ltd is a family run care provider that has 14 Care Homes spanning the North of England, the Midlands and Sussex.

About the role
No two days are the same in our department, you will get involved in a wide variety of areas within HR and you will need to be flexible to take on some tasks that aren’t always HR related. As we are a small but busy department, working as a team is crucial in order to deliver a quality service to the Group.
In this role you will:
Our regional office is based in Chester. There will be a requirement to travel to Chester and our homes in the group occasionally.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm to meet the service provision.
About you
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or working towards this.
What we are really looking for someone who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and is happy to assist with whatever challenge they face.
You need to be confident in your ability to communicate with staff on every level both verbally and written and have a personable and approachable personality.
As this is a busy and varied role, you need to be highly organised with great time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
You will need to be a driver as there will be the occasional need to travel to our other Care Homes.
It would be great if you have worked in the care industry before, but this is not essential.
