The HR Business Manager will work closely with, Heads of Department, and senior managers, developing the HR strategies that will support the achievement of departmental goals and enhance their team's performance. This will include resource planning, talent retention and management, career progression, and learning and development. You will provide HR leadership for organisation development and change programmes.
You will be an experienced HR professional or business manager, with a successful track record of leading people through change
You will have strong project management skills and a commercial understanding of how HR strategies and people management can support business success.
