I am working with an international humanitarian and development organisation. They are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner in a permanent full time position.

You will be working on exciting projects both in the UK as well as internationally. The role offers an excellent hybrid working policy which will see you split your time between there office in south east London and working remotely.

To be considered for the role you will be CIPD level 5 qualified. The HR Business Partner will have extensive experience of generalist services or business partnering in HR.

£38,889 - £42,889 per annum

Role

• Providing expert HR advice including employment law advice across the organisation.
• Regular reporting to management on the progress of employee relation issues, including handling of sensitive documents and information.
• To take an active role in the development, implementation and regular review of the strategy & work plans.
• To manage comprehensive HR and employee relations activities.
• Reviewing and implementing all related employee relations policies and procedures
• Responsible for resolution of grievances, disciplinary, redundancies, maternity leave & paternity leave
• Managing the resolution of specific disciplinaries & grievance cases
• Carrying out formal consultation procedures.
• Preparing expatriate staff handbooks and ensuring that the workforce is aware of company policies and procedures.
• Implementation & maintaining the Employee Assistance Programme and employee engagement.
• Act as project lead and support the international HR Manager.
• Working & managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Managing the recruitment process to ensure full compliance with the recruitment policies & procedures
• Assisting recruitment managers with the development of their open roles as well as providing advice and guidance on best recruitment practises.
