You and your role.

We are looking for an experienced a driven and enthusiastic HR Consultant to join us ona contractual basis.

You will need to be competent in HR processes and policies with the ability to convey information across our business, offering project support and guidance to multiple stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Level 7 CIPD qualification
• Over 5 years of experiecne within a HRBP, Senior HR Generalist or equivilent role
• A track record of proven employee engagement and development, getting the best of out of people
• Knowledge of HR systems
• Strong focus on process management and ways of working
• Successful delivery of a range of support projects
• Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and the ability to work across cross-functional, cross-organisational teams
• Experience developing and deploying end-to-end processes
• Experience with the development and deployment of enterprise-wide systems and initiatives
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence others to accomplish goals and objectives
• A record of initiating and implementing technology-based changes and process improvements
