We are transforming the way we work with a focus on how we deliver ‘ super colleague ’ and ‘ super manager ’ experiences and help shape the future of the organisation. Our HR Graduate Programme is the perfect way to realise your future as a valued member of our pioneering HR team. It’s a dedicated 27-month programme, which will see you progress into a trusted HR professional . You will develop skills that will enable you to further your career and provide you with the opportunity to influence strategic projects .

You’ll be working on live projects from day one, having the opportunity to fully immerse yourself into our People Strategy and understand how this contributes to the wider business , so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to share your big ideas on how we can improve the way we work for our customers and colleagues. Throughout the programme you’ll rotate every six months into different areas of HR, where you will build relationships across the team, learn new skills and find your true passion.

By the end of your programme , you’ll have gained experience and an understanding of the full People Strategy having spent time across the team , as well as having built the skills needed to help drive the HR function forwards and meet the future needs of the organisation. In return you’ll complete the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management as part of a higher apprenticeship, which will put you in a great position to grow as an HR leader in the future.

Head Office – Milton Keynes.

Set to open in May 2023 it will become the centre of gravity for our business and help to make our new hybrid approach work for everyone. Unity Place has been built with sustainability and employee experience in mind and will be a place we can collaborate as a business It will give our people the opportunity to make use of state-of-the-art facilities and come together with their teams from across the UK. Some travel may be involved throughout the twenty-seven-month programme

You’ll have flexibility to work out of the office and at home, spending 40% of your time in the office working with colleagues as a minimum.
