Our employees are one of our greatest assets and as our HR Assistant, you will dealing with the human aspect of Mattel within an incredibly fast-paced and dynamic team. No day is the same in this department and in addition to gaining real-life experience in many areas of HR including Recruitment and Onboarding, you will also get to manage exciting, meaningful projects that you will have the opportunity to make your own.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive team player who is flexible and eager to learn new things. You must have excellent organisation and planning skills and be a good communicator both in writing and verbally. The ability to work in a confidential manner is essential.
Candidates should be undergraduates looking for a placement in their 3rd year of study and ideally be studying for a Business related degree. A bias to HR modules, on track to achieve 2:1 and a keen interest in HR is highly desirable.
You should also be computer literate and confident in spoken and written English.
