The Studio

We have a unique opportunity for a HR Manager to join a renowned apparel and lifestyle agency working within the luxury yachting, hotels, villas and private aviation space, specialising in garment design. They are experts at what they do and offer an informal working environment, with a core principle of hard work and dedication.

They want to continue to grow, innovate and expand their offering to provide their clients with the highest levels of service in the industry. Based in an open plan creative warehouse studio in East London, they offer hybrid and flexible working.

The Opportunity

This is a new role for the company, they are looking for someone to join them 2 days per week to implement and oversee learning & development, appraisals, onboarding, succession planning, culture development, recruitment, HR processes and to be a business partner to the management team.

They are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, who is an experienced HR Manager or HR Advisor who is ready for their next step up. You do not have to have experience in apparel, they are completely open to your sector experience! The company has 25 employees based in London and Portugal.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced generalist HR Manager or HR Advisor, comfortable creating and implementing new HR initiatives and a HR strategy.
• Comfortable partnering with stakeholders/management teams on all aspects of HR.
• As they are a small business, you must be willing to roll your sleeves up and get involved in all aspects of the day to day.

You will be required to work one day a week based in their studio in East London, the other day you can work from home. Salary up to £45,000 pro rata.
