Join our HR Placement Programme and you’ll work on important projects to build strong creative abilities, excellent communication skills and HR knowledge. You’ll work with the HR team on key capability and growth projects. No two days will be the same! You could be organising events, creating presentation packs, supporting key development projects or engaging with employees and stakeholders to solve problems and queries. There will also be opportunities to get involved in projects with other departments, on a global level, and project manage your own work with responsibility from day one.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have all the skills needed to complete university and specialise your HR career.
What you need
You will need to be studying, or have studied, a degree in subject areas such as HR, Law, Marketing/Communications, Psychology/Sociology or Business Studies. A passion for HR is preferable, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate with people of all levels and backgrounds. We’d also like to see some key qualities in our candidates, including:
