What we’re looking for...
AG Barr are looking for a HR Planning & Projects Coordinator to be responsible for the development and management of the HR delivery plan, including all BAU and project related activity. Reporting into the Head of Operations and Organisational Development and working closely with the HR Director, this role is at the centre of the HR function. With a helicopter view of all activity, this role provides operational support to the HR Director and coordinates the delivery of key actions from various forums both at a functional and leadership level. Working closely with the communications team to ensure effective and timely communication from the HR function where relevant, this role will lead on project planning and management of key milestones for delivery, and in the development of key documents for relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include, work with associated managers and supervisors to mange the clients requirements, be a daily point of contact for any visitors,
Greet customers upon entry to the store. Build strong rapport with customers. Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
This role is homebased, however the post holder will be required to travel to their local UKHSA office, as per the needs of the organisation.
Liaise with stakeholders (customers, sales managers, and logistic personnel) to meet and exceed their expectations. Part-time hours: 29 per week.
