Are you passionate about Project Delivery? Do you know how to engage and deliver strategic HR projects across a global organisation? At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Strategic Project Lead to join our Team based in either the UK or US.

There's a lot to this opportunity and we're looking for someone to be proactive, delivery oriented, highly collaborative, and globally connected. You'll work closely with business leaders and our HR Team to deliver major HR projects that inspire change and drive engagement.

On a day-to-day basis your role will include;

  • Identifying, developing and maintaining project management tools
  • Partnering with the CHRO to create the HR Project agenda annually and ensuring resource availability
  • Working as the HR project lead on all mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, leading on all people integration plans, liaising with SMEs
  • Identifying HR Resource requirements for internal projects and partnering with the global HR team to ensure all project activity is adequately resourced
  • Managing the annual employee engagement survey as a project.
  • Leading on all technology improvement projects in the HR function, interfacing between IT and the HR team

Requirements:

In order to succeed in this role, you'll need a clear passion for Project Delivery.

You will have proven experience of delivering global projects across a multi-site jurisdiction. You will be passionate about HR, with an in-depth knowledge of Employee legislation and ER application with a thirst for learning and keeping yourself up to date with any ER changes across the globe and in particular our operating regions.

You will need to be used to operating at a senior level and acting as a confident business partner experienced in establishing strong working relationships, ideally you will have been in a Head of Function role previously with international HR experience.
