Human Resources are delighted to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic, engaged, and technically qualified individual to join us as our HR Systems and Data Manager to deliver a high quality, strategically driven HR systems and data service to the University.
This role is well suited to a forward-thinking individual with data and systems management experience, who is seeking to progress their career in a busy and innovative workplace at one of the UK’s leading universities.
It is an exciting time for Human Resources as it embarks on an ambitious enhancement project and the role will play a major part in supporting this project, embracing new technology and managing change. You will manage the HR operational system activities within the unit to deliver an efficient, solution focused and strategically informed service and the provision of robust data sets to support the aspirations of HR and the University.
Collaborating with colleagues in HR, IT Services, Planning and other key stakeholders will be important to understand needs and deliver an inclusive customer service to support data reporting and deliver project timescales, thus enabling betting decision making across the University.
You will hold a relevant IT or HR related degree (or equivalent experience) and will have the breadth and depth of data of systems management experience. You will have a passion for working in HR and experience of supporting and configuring HR enterprise applications. You will have strong analytical skills with a passion for innovation, knowledge, and data management.
