We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and passionate HR Advisor with solid generalist experience to join our team based in Kingswinford.

This role is part of a small HR team supporting site and field-based colleagues. You will work with the HRBP and HR/Payroll Assistants in the UK to provide a consistent HR service to our people, with a varied workload and the opportunity to make a difference.

The role will include supporting and advising Line Managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, L&D and organisation design.

To be successful in this role you will need;

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to remain professional even in potentially challenging situations
• A high level of emotional intelligence and be able to effectively apply good judgement in a variety of situations
• A solid understanding of employment law, with the ability to give practical advice on a wide range of ER issues
• A generalist HR background with the ability to use previous knowledge as well as new research, to inform best practice

Attention to detail is also important in this role, with the ability to prioritise your work and manage your time effectively. As we are a small team, it is essential that you are a great team player who is highly motivated and willing to work flexibly, supporting colleagues to ensure team goals are met.

You will have experience of working in HR role in a fast-paced environment and should be CIPD level 3 / 5 or working towards. We are happy to support someone who wants to further their professional development whilst working in this role. We would also consider applications from HR Administrators/Co-ordinators looking to take the next step in their career.
