What you will do as a Human Resources Officer
- To assist in managing the Colleague Signature Experience process, including but not limited to: recruitment, on boarding, off boarding, payroll, benefits and employee engagement.
- To be fully conversant with the Regency brand touchpoints for guests and colleagues.
- To manage and utilize all HR systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, Taleo, Fourth, Hyatt Learning and any other system required).
- To ensure all colleague administration is completed and up to date.
- To assist with the focus of Colleague Engagement within the HR Function and across the company at large.
- Required to have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience or qualification
